Howdy sir,
Our precious and wonderful Lainey(Bear) crossed over the Rainbow Bridge this past weekend. Mindy was Lainey’s mom with Titus siring. They had some amazing amazing genes and we got a full 14.5 joyful years with our sweet baby girl.
While (still) managing the profound grief, I started searching for Northgate / Maurisa only to learn of her passing. The amazing part being that when just using the search bar Gemini gave me a multiple paragraph synapsis of Maurisa’s accomplishments and impact on the ESS community. She did amazing work and we are proud to be a part of the pup family she is responsible for.
I am hoping to find someone that is still breeding from Mindy’s line. You may or may not have that type of info but a point in a direction from you will be far truer than blindly searching and cold calling.

I have no relationship with Felicity English Springers. Our Springers are from Maurisa Payne, Northgate English Springers, which was closed with her passing on July 4, 2022.
So happy to find this site. We have one of Northgate’s springers and are looking for another to be a companion for our Meg. Our other springer, Grant, passed away on 2/1/24 and our Meg needs a companion desperately. I’m not sure if there are any Northgate dogs still being bred, but I just wanted to put this “out there.” Many thanks!

We have a ESS from Northgate. Jack is her father. She is 11 and a great dog. She resembles your dog and her dad.

I am so happy I found this blog. We have one of Oshie’s pups, Lilly who was born 12/11/2019. I was so sad to see Maurisa had passed away. She bred such beautiful dogs and I searched high and low to find her. I am so happy I did as we have the most beautiful well behaved Springers. Thank you so much for sharing Oshie’s pictures!
